September - Welcome back 

Welcome to Room 10, Senior Infants. Have a look at our classroom! We are settling in very well.

October - Maths Week 

This week, we played a lot of fun Maths games during activity time and during our Maths lessons. We also spent time in the computer room playing 'Millies Maths'.

The Zoologist visited us today!

We had a visit from the zoologist today. He brought a snake, spider, lizard, turtle, scorpion and many more animals. We got to rub them and hold them. We were very brave!! We learnt loads of interesting facts about each animal.

Easter Egg Hunt!!

We had an Easter egg hunt this morning. Bunny left us clues all over the school! It was so much fun! We all got an egg from the very generous bunny!!

Aistear -the clothes shop!

We are having great fun in Room 1 with Ms Nolan. We have been learning all about clothes shops, playing shop, building shops, creating clothes in our "junk yard" and writing about it!!

St. Patrick's Day Celebrations ☘️

World Book Day!

To Mark World Book Day we brought in books and sold them
as a fundraiser for St. Michael's House. We had our weekly visit to the library. We had D.E.A.R time (drop everything and read) for ten minutes and then before home time Ms McCarthy read us a story and Mrs McGrath read one to Room 2. Tonight we just have reading homework.

Math's Week Activities

Maths Week - we visited Room 9, Miss Treanor's class and played maths games with them...
We had great fun and learnt a lot.

We had our Witches Walk day today and we all dressed up in brilliant costumes. We went down to the haunted house that we all loved. We got to play games there and even got a goodie bag!
We went on a big walk all around the neighborhood and got to show off our costumes.
After our lunch we had a fashion show in the hall and performed a song for the school.
