My name is Ms Dutton, and I would like to welcome all of the children to 1st class, room 8. I am very excited to be their teacher this year. I would like to offer a very warm welcome to our two new classmates, Lochlann and Abigail and their families to St Paul's JNS.😊
Grandparents play such an important role in their grand children's lives. They are the ones who help to collect them from school, who bring them on special days out and who spoil them with sweets and presents! The boys and girls in Senior Infants love their grandparents very much!
Have a listen to our video below to hear the reasons why Senior Infants love their grandparents!
We learned all about our primary and secondary colours by mixing colours in art! We had lots of fun!
We celebrated Halloween by going on a 'witches walk', carving a pumpkin and watching a Halloween movie!
In Aistear this month, we learned all about the fire station. We learned about fire safety and what to do in an emergency. We also learned some big words like 'fire extinguisher' and 'fire alarm'. We were even lucky enough to have a real fire fighter visit our class and tell us all about his job.
Welcome to 1st class. Our teacher is Ms. Dutton and our SNA's are Ms McCabe and Ms Brown. We love being in Room 8
