During November, the whole school took part in Mindfulness activities. We did some online activities, mindfulness art, breathing exercises and did acts of kindness each day. We also wrote letters to the children in Room 5, as part of 'Connecting with others'. We all really enjoyed the Mindfulness Fortnight on our school.  |
