Preparation for our Zoo trip!
In preparation for our trip to the zoo, the children read about the African plains and what sorts of animals live there. They also learned that there are lots of different habitats. For example the rainforest, the swamp, the savannah and the dessert.
The children learned about the African Painted Dog and the Ostrich. They drew pictures of the different animals we might see in the African plains and different areas of the zoo.
