Welcome and well done to our wonderful Junior Infants for settling into primary school. They have done so well surviving the full month of September. They are great at all their daily routines and are having great fun making friends, working hard and playing on the yard . Check out some artwork completed by the children. They even fixed Humpty Dumpty!
Classroom activities
Here the children were working on their Phonological awareness skills, looking at themselves in mirrors as they sound out words and speak clearly. They had lots of fun doing this.
The children had great fun at their first GAA lesson with Chris. We are lucky we have Chris coming to teach us GAA skills every Friday.
Here the children were enjoying some Maths games in their groups. They are great at sharing and working together.
