Well done everybody on a great start to the school year. At this stage every has settled back really well into the new school routines. The children are great at using the hand sanitisers and washing their hands when appropriate. We are very proud of them all. A big thank you once again to all parents/guardians for your co-operation at the start and end of the school day. Today the Junior Infants had their first 'long day' in school. There was great excitement at the idea of two lunches! Well done to everyone in Room 1 and Room 2 for their enthusiasm throughout the day. No doubt there'll be many sleepy heads this evening. Congratulations to all of the boys and girls on a wonderful start to the school year! Everyone was well prepared and eager to get started. Thank you to everyone for your cooperation. It was wonderful to see all of the incoming junior infants in the school today. Everyone was full of excitement and there were smiles all around. Ms McCarthy and Ms Munnelly were delighted to meet all of the children and their parents/guardians. Well done everyone! Class Zoom Meetings started on Friday June 5th. There have been show and tell meetings, scavenger hunts and lots of news has been shared. It has been great to see everyone's smiling faces. We are all really looking forwarding to catching up with the children again this Friday. Great fun was had during Sports Week. Lots of the pupils and their families took part. There were running challenges, football drills and lots of other activities. Great work from everyone! Táimid ag ceilúradh Seachtain na Gaeilge 2020 ar scoil.
