Today we tried a little experiment. We dyed some rice using different food colouring's. It was great fun. We put some vinegar and food colouring into a bag of rice. We shook it about for a little while. Everybody got a turn. Then we lay it out on some paper to dry.
The experiment worked and now we have colourfull rice that we are going to play with in Aistear as a creative station.
