Aistear

As part of the curriculum, the junior end of school are enjoying working through play during Aistear. Each month we have a new theme and the children work at different stations. In these stations they focus on various educational aspects for example: construction station, role play, art, maths, literacy station, small world area. 

This month we focused on the firestation theme. The children really enjoyed this and participated really well each day . 

We were also so lucky to get a visit from a real life Fireman to our school. Fireman Michael came to our class wearing his special fireman suit and helmet. He told us all about his Job and how he helps people.
