Summer Term

10/4/2018

Welcome back everyone after the Easter holidays. We hope children, parents and all staff had a lovely and well-deserved break. As we start the final term of the academic year, there are a number of exciting events and activities coming up, including Sports Day, Active Schools Week, and of course the Sacrament of Holy Communion on May 19th. Our new enrolment of Junior Infants will also visit their new classes and teachers before they start their school journey in September. Details and dates of school tours will also be posted here in due course.

We also have some Science speakers booked to visit the school in April, as we aim to be awarded our 14th Discover Primary Science Plaque of STEM Excellence. This is only awarded for whole school involvement and external science engagement. Our St Paul's scientists enjoy taking part every year in experiments, coding, maths activities, and engineering challenges.

As the school is a polling station, St Paul's will close Friday April 25th to facilitate voting in the referendum. Please consult the school calendar, available on the site, for closures on the May and June Bank Holidays.

Other events and notices will be posted here throughout the term. Please check back for updates. As always, if you have any suggestions for the school website please feel free to send them in via the contact form.
