From Monday 7th to Friday 11th October we are celebrating Wellness Week. During the week the children will learn about the importance of wellness. We will explore the 5 ways to wellness as seen in the image above. Each child has a Wellness Week Journal and we encourage you to share in some of the activities as outlined each day. Enjoy the week, connect, explore and be active!
